Bow Tie Pasta with Spinach and Cream Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
8 ounces bow tie pasta
8 ounces fresh baby spinach
2 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp basil, dried
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh parmesan, for garnish
Directions
Prepare pasta.
In a large pan, melt butter
Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Thirty seconds should do.
Add spinach. Season with basil, salt and pepper. Cook until spinach is wilted.
Once pasta is done, drain and add it to the spinach mixture.
Add cream cheese and milk. Stir well.
Once cream cheese is melted, remove from heat. Top with parmesan.
Serve.
