Bok Choi
Ginger & Garlic Bok Choi with Chicken
Ingredients
2 boneless & skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
8 cups of fresh bok choi, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
In large saucepan, heat olive oil at medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add bok choi and soy sauce. Cook 3-5 minutes, until greens are wilted.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve.
